Terms and Conditions for Inspiramos Ltd
1. Proposals/Estimates
The terms of the Proposal/Estimate shall be effective for thirty (30) days after presentation to Client, unless otherwise stated in writing. In the event this Agreement is not executed by Client within the time identified, the Proposal/Estimate, together with any related terms and conditions and deliverables, may be subject to amendment, change or substitution.
2. Booked Work
Bookings may be made by e-mail, letter or telephone. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing on request. Please quote purchase order numbers where applicable.
3. Payment for credit account customers
Our standard credit terms for account customers are 30 days from date of invoice.
4. Cancellations
Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your booking and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation then the following charges will apply:
- More than four weeks prior to booking – No charge
- Two-four weeks prior to booking – 50% of total course fee
- Less than two weeks prior to booking – Full fee
NB. Cancellation or transfer must be made in writing and received by Inspiramos Ltd by the due date.
5. Course non-attendance
If you do not attend a course, and have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
6. Late course arrivals/missed sessions
If delegates arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, the full course fee remains payable.
7. Unforeseen circumstances
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require Inspiramos Ltd to cancel a booking. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and offered another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
8. VAT
All course fees are subject to the current rate of VAT (valid exemptions apply).
9. Guidelines for delegates and employers
It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that delegates are free from any condition which would affect their capability to undertake their chosen course, and that they have the aptitude to cope with an intensive course of study.
10. Partner courses
These Terms & Conditions only apply to Inspiramos Ltd courses and not to partner courses. If this is a partner course then the Terms & Conditions of the partner organisation supersedes these Terms & Conditions.

All content is copyright © Inspiramos Ltd unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to; all text, images, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations and any course related files.
Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written consent.All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of the company and/or individual.
12. Modifications to terms and conditions
Inspiramos Ltd reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any alternations to Products or Services shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of a Product or Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
